For Me, cooking food is one of the most beautiful things in the world - it stands and speaks for itself.

My cooking style is based on three elements: nature - simplicity - good taste.

My gastronomic interpretation is when we can do something that the guests do not recognize, but which can suddenly take one back to childhood memories ...

On Saturday and Sunday, brunch buffet is served from 9:30 - 14:30
40 different dishes incl. coffee, tea, juice, and cocoa.
Tables can be reserved from 09: 30 -11: 45 or from 12: 00-14: 30

At Valsen, we use organic and local raw materials as far as possible, and we use suppliers who are quality and environment-conscious when it comes to poultry, beef and fish.

On the menu, you will find a wide range of dishes with inspiration from Danish, French, and Italian cuisine. We have taken the Danish traditional dishes, and let the chef give it its own touch, so you are sure you will not get the same experience elsewhere. In addition, the chef uses many different techniques and often works with molecular gastronomy, which also helps with Valsen's unique and beautiful dishes.
